Refund Policy

General Policy

Quick Master Books provides professional bookkeeping and accounting services. All payments made for services (including quotes, service fees, and consultations) are non-refundable once the service has been delivered or started.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate payment.
  • Services not provided due to internal error.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment and must include proof of payment along with detailed reasons for the request.

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Customers must raise a return request within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused and in original condition with packaging.

Processing Time

Eligible refund requests may take up to 10–14 business days to process once approved.

Exceptions

No refunds will be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after the service has started.
  • Partial completion due to customer non-cooperation.
